Installation

When welding the leaf spring seat to the axle, ensure proper alignment and that the position meets the required center distance for accurate positioning.
The welding ground wire must be connected only to the shaft body, and grounding through rotating wheel components should be avoided.

Optional installation of ABS gear rings, sensors, and more as needed;

Use

After the new vehicle has been driven for the first time, as well as 15 days later—or whenever tires are replaced—the wheel nuts must be tightened in the prescribed sequence using a torque wrench.
Use a dedicated lubricant and avoid using mismatched oils;
Pay attention to axle maintenance—regularly inspect and replace components as needed.
