The Ghanaian customer is one of the key edible oil producers in West Africa. Their daily production heavily relies on the continuous and stable operation of their oil-extraction equipment. After receiving feedback from the customer regarding the need to replenish and replace certain components, our company immediately took it very seriously and promptly activated our rapid-response mechanism. Multiple internal departments worked collaboratively, swiftly completing a series of critical processes—including the precise allocation of spare parts and rigorous quality checks—demonstrating our highly efficient supply-chain management capabilities as well as our strong, seamless international cooperation.
