Low-Temperature Cold-Pressing Process (Protein Powder Process)

Process Flow

After passing through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, soybeans proceed to a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Next, they are fed into a destoner to separate out any stones, before being sent to a crusher for further reduction in size. The resulting crushed particles then move into a conditioning tank, where their moisture content is adjusted to the optimal level. From there, the material enters the first and second pressing stages of the oil-extraction machine. The cake remaining after the second press is conveyed via equipment directly to the cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the extracted oil and spent grain are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the oil flowing into a clarifying tank for sedimentation. Once the sediment is removed, the remaining cake is returned to the oil-extraction machine for additional pressing. Meanwhile, the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped through a filtration unit to remove any remaining impurities. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transferred to the refining workshop for further processing and purification.

Process Flow

After passing through a permanent-magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, the soybeans are fed into a cleaning screen to eliminate straw, large debris, and dust. Next, they go through a destoner to separate out any stones, before being sent to a crusher for further breakdown. Once crushed into fine particles, the material is transferred to a steaming and frying pan, where moisture levels are adjusted appropriately. The processed material is then pressed in an oil-extraction machine, yielding crude oil and oil cake. The oil cake is conveyed via equipment directly into the cake storage bin, while the crude oil and oil cake residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper system—allowing the oil to settle in an oil-clearing tank. The remaining residue is removed and returned to the oil-extraction machine for another pressing cycle. Meanwhile, the clarified oil flows by gravity into a raw-oil tank, from where it’s pumped through an oil filter for purification. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transported via pump to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.
