Process Flow

Walnuts (with shells) are fed into a permanent-magnet drum to remove iron impurities, then pass through a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. They are subsequently transferred into a woven bag before being sent to a crusher for breaking into smaller particles. The crushed material is directly pressed in an oil-extraction machine, and the resulting oil cake is conveyed via equipment to a storage bin. Meanwhile, the separated oil and residue are processed further: the oil-residue mixture flows into a settling tank equipped with a scraper, where the oil floats to the top while the solid residue settles at the bottom. The residue is removed and returned to the oil press for another round of extraction, while the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank. From there, the crude oil is pumped through a filter to remove any remaining impurities, and the filtered oil is then sent to the refining workshop for final processing and purification.

Process Flow

After passing through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, the walnut kernels are directly fed into the first oil press. The resulting first-press cake is then crushed before being sent to the second press for further extraction. The second-press cake is conveyed via equipment directly to the cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the oil and residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper, with the oil flowing into a clarifying tank for sedimentation. Once the sediment is removed, the residue is returned to the oil press for another round of pressing. Meanwhile, the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped to a filter for purification. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transferred by pump to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.
