Cold-Pressing Process (Kernel)

Process Flow

Sunflower seeds kernels pass through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, then move to a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Next, they go through a destoner machine to separate out any stones, before being directly pressed in a single-stage press. The resulting first-press cake is crushed and fed into a second-stage press for further extraction. Finally, the second-press cake is conveyed to a cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the oil and residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the oil flowing into a clarifying tank for sedimentation. After the sediment is removed, the remaining residue is returned to the oil press for re-extraction. Meanwhile, the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped to a filter for purification. The filtered crude oil is then transferred via pump to the refining workshop for final processing and refinement.

 

 

High-temperature pressing process

Process Flow

After passing through a permanent-magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, the sunflower seeds enter a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Next, they move to a destoner machine to separate out any stones, before being fed into a crusher for further breakdown. The resulting granular material then goes directly into a steaming and frying pan, where its moisture content is adjusted to the ideal level. Once ready, it’s pressed in an oil-extraction machine, yielding crude oil and oilcake. The oilcake is conveyed by equipment to a storage bin, while the crude oil and oil residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper system—allowing the oil to settle in an oil-clearing tank. After the sediment is removed, the remaining oil flows into a raw-oil tank, from where it’s pumped to a filter for purification. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transferred via pump to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.

 

 

Prepreg Process

Process Flow

Next, they move to a destoner machine to separate out any stones, before being fed into a crusher for further breakdown. The resulting granular material is then transferred to a steaming and roasting pot, where its moisture content is adjusted to the ideal level before being pressed in an oil press. The resulting oil cake is conveyed via equipment directly to the solvent extraction facility. Meanwhile, the separated oil and residue are processed: the oil-residue mixture flows into an oil-residue separation scraper, which sends the clarified oil to a settling tank, while the solid residue is removed and returned to the oil press for additional pressing. The clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, from where it’s pumped through a filter to remove any remaining impurities. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transported to the refining workshop for further purification and processing.
