Cold-pressing process

 

 

Recommended oil press machine

YSZ286 (First Press) Single-unit processing capacity: 100 T/D Specification: Residual oil content in first-press cake: 11%–15%

YSZ236 (Second Press) Single-unit processing capacity: 50 T/D Specification: Residual oil content in second-pressed cake ≤ 6.0%

      

Process Flow

After passing through a permanent-magnet drum to remove iron impurities, the rapeseed enters a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Next, stone removal equipment removes any pebbles or stones before the oil is directly pressed in a single-press machine. The resulting first-press cake is then crushed and fed into a second press for further extraction. Finally, the second-press cake is conveyed via equipment directly into the cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the oil and residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the oil flowing into a clarifying tank for sedimentation. Once the sediment is removed, the remaining residue is returned to the oil press for re-extraction. The clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped into a filter for purification. The filtered crude oil is then transferred by pump to the refining workshop for final processing and refinement.

 

 

High-temperature pressing process

Process Flow

After passing through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, the rapeseed enters a cleaning screen, where it is freed from straw, large debris, and dust. Next, stone removal equipment eliminates any remaining stones, followed by rolling in a flaking machine to produce thin seed flakes. These flakes are then fed into a steaming and roasting pot to adjust their moisture content to the ideal level. Finally, the material is pressed in an oil press, and the resulting cake is conveyed via equipment directly into the cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the oil and spent meal are separated using an oil-mill residue scraper system: the oil flows into a crude oil tank, while the spent meal is collected and returned to the oil press for further extraction. The crude oil overflows into a raw oil tank, where it’s pumped through a filter to remove impurities. The filtered crude oil is then transferred to the refining workshop for final processing and purification.

 

 

Prepreg Process

Process Flow

After passing through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, the rapeseed enters a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Next, it moves to a destoner machine to separate out any stones, before being fed into a flaking machine for flattening. The resulting flakes are then transferred to a steaming and roasting pot, where their moisture content is adjusted to the ideal level. Finally, the flakes are pressed in an oil press, and the resulting oilcake is conveyed via equipment directly to the solvent extraction facility. Meanwhile, the spent cake and oil are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the oil flowing into an oil clarification tank for sedimentation. Once the sediment settles, the cake is removed and sent back to the oil press for a second pressing cycle. The clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped through a filter to remove any remaining impurities. The filtered crude oil is then transferred to the refining workshop for further purification and processing.
