After cleaning and conditioning, the oil-bearing material is fed into the pressing chamber via the feeding screw, where it undergoes compression and shear forces exerted by the screws, enabling the extraction of oil from the material.

The SYZX12 double-screw oil press is a new product designed by our factory based on entirely innovative principles. It features two axially parallel screw shafts inside the pressing chamber, rotating in opposite directions. This design delivers a high compression ratio, resulting in superior oil yield and self-cleaning oil passages.
