Process Flow

Corn germ passes through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, then moves to a primary cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Afterward, it enters a crusher for further breakdown. The resulting granular material is fed into a conditioning pot, where its moisture content is adjusted to the ideal level before being sent to the first and second pressing stages of the oil-extraction machine. The cake from the second press is conveyed via equipment directly to the cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the oil and residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the oil flowing into a clarifying tank for sedimentation. Once the sediment is removed, the remaining cake is returned to the oil-extraction machine for a secondary pressing cycle. Meanwhile, the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped to a filter for purification. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transferred by pump to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.

Process Flow

Corn germ passes through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, then moves to a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Next, it enters a flaking machine for flattening, and the resulting flakes are fed into a steaming and roasting pot to adjust their moisture content before being pressed in an oil-extraction machine. The resulting oil cake is conveyed via equipment directly to the leaching workshop. Meanwhile, the oil and residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the clarified oil flowing into an oil-sedimentation tank. After sedimentation, the residue is removed and returned to the oil-extraction machine for further pressing, while the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank. From there, it’s pumped through an oil filter for purification, and finally transferred to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.
