Process Flow
Peanut kernels (hulled of their red skins) are fed directly into a single-press machine after passing through a permanent-magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities. The resulting first-press cake is then crushed before being sent to a second press for further extraction. The second-press cake is conveyed via equipment to a cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the oil and residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper, with the oil flowing into a clarifying tank for sedimentation. After the residue is removed, it’s returned to a small-scale press to ensure high-quality protein powder. Meanwhile, the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped to a filter for purification. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transferred by pump to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.
High-temperature pressing process

Process Flow
Peanut kernels pass through a permanent magnet cylinder to remove iron impurities, then move to a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. Next, they are fed into a destoner to separate out any stones, before being sent to a crusher for further reduction in size. The resulting granular material is then transferred to a steaming and roasting pan, where its moisture content is adjusted to the optimal level. Finally, the material is pressed in an oil press, and the resulting oil cake is conveyed via equipment directly into the cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the extracted oil and spent cake undergo separation: the oil flows into an oil-solids separator equipped with a scraper, which sends the solids to a sedimentation tank for further clarification. After the solids are removed, the remaining cake is returned to the oil press for re-extraction. Meanwhile, the clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, from where it’s pumped to a filter for purification. The filtered crude oil is then transported to the refining workshop for final processing and refinement.

Process Flow

Once ready, it’s pressed in an oil press, yielding crude oil and oil cake. The oil cake is conveyed via equipment directly to the solvent extraction facility. Meanwhile, the crude oil and oil cake residue are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the oil flowing into a clarifying tank for sedimentation. After the sediment settles, the oil cake is skimmed off and returned to the oil press for re-extraction. The clarified oil overflows into a raw oil tank, where it’s pumped into a filter for purification. Finally, the filtered crude oil is sent to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.
