Scope of application

The YSZ236 7D Double-Screw Oil Press is a large- to medium-sized double-screw oil press. After cleaning and conditioning, the oil-bearing material is fed into the pressing chamber via a feeding screw, where it undergoes crushing and pressing under the combined action of screw compression and shear forces, ultimately achieving optimal oil extraction. 
This machine is compatible with various oil-extraction processes, including high-temperature, moderate-temperature, and low-temperature methods. It is widely suitable for pressing and extracting oils from a diverse range of vegetable materials, such as soybeans, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seeds, peanut kernels, corn germ, and tea seeds. It is the ideal oil-extraction equipment for vegetable oil plants.
