The LYZX18 cold-press machine is a next-generation, low-temperature screw oil press jointly developed and designed by Tianxing Grain & Oil Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Polytechnic University, specifically tailored for cold-pressing a variety of oilseeds. It is particularly well-suited for mechanically extracting oils from organic plants and high-value economic crops. During the pressing process, the machine maintains low oil temperatures, delivering high oil yields while minimizing residual oil in the cake. The resulting oils boast a pale color, superior quality, and are rich in nutrients—meeting international market standards.
Suitable for pressing and extracting oils from oilseeds such as rapeseed with hulls, peanut kernels, soybeans, olives, walnut kernels, corn germ, rice bran, tea seeds, safflower seeds, sea buckthorn seeds, neem seeds, rubber seeds, Sichuan pepper seeds, tomato seeds, watermelon seeds, grape seeds, flaxseeds, evening primrose, chili seeds, castor seeds, citrus seeds, cocoa beans, coffee beans, perilla, almonds, peach kernels, rose hips, and more.
Product Features
1. Cold-pressed oil has a light color and is rich in nutrients. After sedimentation and filtration, it yields a purely natural oil product, helping to save on refining costs and reducing oil consumption during the refining process.
2. Low-temperature pressing results in minimal protein degradation of the cake, which helps maximize the efficient utilization of oilseed proteins.
3. Low pressing temperature (room temperature, 10°C to 50°C) saves steam.
4. During the pressing process, the oilseed remains completely untouched by any solvents, acids, alkalis, bleaching earth, or chemical additives, ensuring minimal loss of nutritional components and trace elements in the resulting oil and meal, while maintaining a high protein content in the meal.
