Scope of application

The YSZ286 7D Double-Screw Oil Press is a large-scale pressing machine designed to help large-capacity vegetable oil plants reduce equipment investment, minimize factory space requirements, and cut down on energy, water, and steam consumption. 
After being crushed and conditioned, the oil-bearing material is fed into the pressing chamber via a variable-frequency, quantitative feeding screw conveyor. Inside the pressing chamber, two spiral press shafts are arranged, and under the combined squeezing and shearing action of these shafts, the oil-bearing material achieves optimal oil extraction. 
This machine is suitable for various oil-extraction processes, including high-temperature, moderate-temperature, and low-temperature methods. It can be widely used to press and produce oils from a diverse range of vegetable materials such as soybeans, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, cottonseed, peanut kernels, corn germ, flaxseeds, and dried coconut—making it the ideal oil-extraction equipment for large-scale vegetable oil plants.
