Process Flow

After passing through a permanent magnetic cylinder to remove iron impurities, the castor seeds are fed into a cleaning screen, where they are separated from stalks, large debris, and dust. The cleaned seeds then proceed to a flaking machine, where they are flattened into flakes. These flakes are subsequently transferred to a conditioning pot, adjusted to the optimal moisture level, and finally pressed in an oil press. The resulting oil cake is conveyed via equipment directly into the cake storage bin. Meanwhile, the spent cake and oil are separated using an oil-residue scraper system, with the cake being collected and sent back to the oil press for re-extraction. The crude oil, meanwhile, flows over into a crude oil tank, where it’s pumped into a filter for further purification. Once filtered, the refined oil is transferred by pump to the oil refining workshop for final processing.
