Product Overview

This machine is suitable for extracting vegetable oils from rapeseed, peanut kernels, sesame seeds, cottonseed kernels, soybeans, coconut, tea seeds, sunflower seeds, and more. (Depending on user needs, the pressing screw can be easily replaced to process oil-bearing materials like rice bran.)

Product Features

1. The machine's main components—such as the spindle, screw press, press bars, and gears—are all made from high-quality alloy steel and undergo hardening treatment, ensuring long-lasting durability even under continuous exposure to high temperatures and frictional wear, day and night.
2. Combining steaming and roasting, this process can be adjusted to meet the varying temperature requirements of different oilseeds before pressing, ensuring the production of high-quality oils.
3. From feed-in steaming and roasting to oil extraction and cake discharge, the process operates automatically and continuously, making management simple and significantly reducing labor requirements.

Explanation

(1) The oil press production capacities listed in the table are based on typical oil mills equipped with relatively complete oilseed-processing facilities, where the seeds undergo the necessary steaming and roasting processes. However, due to variations in seed types, differences in oil content among seeds, and discrepancies in operational conditions, the figures shown in the table may fluctuate accordingly.
(2) Use a dedicated screw press specifically for extracting oil from rice bran.
(3) The oil press model 200A-3 is designated based on its daily processing capacity (200 *shi dan*) and the number of steaming cylinders included in the accompanying roasting and steaming unit—specifically, 3 cylinders.
