The Russian Far East's soybean ambient-temperature second-pressing complete project has entered the shipping phase.

On September 22, the major agricultural processing project in Russia’s Far East—our company’s (Anlu Tianxing Grain and Oil Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.) turnkey soybean ambient-temperature secondary pressing project—successfully completed the manufacturing of all equipment and passed factory acceptance testing, officially entering the critical phase of equipment shipment. This milestone marks significant progress on the project, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming on-site installation and eventual operational launch.

This project employs an advanced "ambient-temperature secondary pressing" process, achieving a residual oil content in the cake of ≤6%, urease activity below 0.04, and potassium hydroxide protein solubility exceeding 80%. These superior metrics ensure better preservation of soybean protein activity, significantly enhancing both the quality and added value of soybean oil and soybean meal products. The "complete set of equipment" being shipped this time underscores our company's robust technical expertise in the manufacturing of low-temperature oilseed pressing systems. Currently, the first batch of core equipment has already begun packaging and will soon be transported via international logistics channels to the project site in Russia’s Far East region.

With the equipment set to begin shipping, the project's full-scale production is now counting down to launch.
