Soybean Hulling: Separating the Kernel from the Skin
Soybean Hull-and-Kernel Separation 1) For reasons related to production processes, product quality, and processing efficiency, this method leverages the difference in specific gravity between soybean hulls and kernels. By employing circulating hot-air separation combined with impact-based techniques during the settling of crushed soybeans, the process effectively separates the broken hulls from the kernels. 2) After two stages of crushing, the soybeans undergo separate dehulling operations to achieve complete separation of hulls from kernels. The hulls removed in the first two steps are then further processed through a flat rotary screen for initial screening, followed by a three-stage air-assisted dehulling process. This ensures that even the smallest fragments of kernel mixed within the hulls are thoroughly separated, maximizing yield and purity.

Screw-Type Hydraulic Press: Safety Techniques and Maintenance
The pressing plates and screw shaft components are scheduled for maintenance once a month. During maintenance, all oil residue must be removed, and a thorough cleaning and inspection should be conducted. If cracks or other damage are found in the screw press or sealing rings, these parts must be repaired or replaced immediately. (Additionally, if the machine is shut down for an extended period, a maintenance check must be performed before restarting.)
