On September 22, the major agricultural processing project in Russia’s Far East—our company’s (Anlu Tianxing Grain and Oil Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.) turnkey soybean ambient-temperature secondary pressing project—successfully completed the manufacturing of all equipment and passed factory acceptance testing, officially entering the critical phase of equipment shipment. This marks significant progress on the project, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming on-site installation and eventual operational launch.

Screw-Type Hydraulic Press: Safety Techniques and Maintenance
The pressing plates and screw shaft components are scheduled for maintenance once a month. During maintenance, all oil residue must be removed, and a thorough cleaning and inspection should be conducted. If cracks or other damage are found in the screw press or sealing rings, these parts must be repaired or replaced immediately. (Additionally, if the machine is shut down for an extended period, a maintenance check must be performed before restarting.)
