The Model 202 pre-press machine is a continuous screw-type oil press, designed for use in vegetable oil plants in pre-press-extraction or double-pressing processes. It efficiently handles high-oil-content materials such as peanut kernels, cottonseed kernels, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds.
Product Features
1. With a larger processing capacity, the workshop area, power consumption, as well as operational, management, and maintenance tasks are all reduced accordingly.
2. The pressed cake has a loose yet non-crumbly structure, which facilitates solvent penetration.
3. The oil content and moisture level of the pressed cake are suitable for solvent extraction.
4. The quality of oil extracted through this method is superior to that obtained from either single-pressing or single-extraction processes.
