Product Overview
This machine is designed for extracting oil from a variety of plant seeds, including rapeseed, cottonseed, sesame, peanuts, soybeans, camellia seeds, and other oil-bearing materials. When paired with the dedicated pressing ring, it can also be used to produce rice bran oil.
This machine primarily consists of components such as a feeding hopper, pressing cage, screw shaft, gearbox, and frame. The oil-extraction process is fully automatic and continuous: the oil-bearing material enters the pressing chamber via the hopper, where it undergoes constant movement—being pushed, squeezed, flipped, rubbed, and pressed—generating heat in the process. As a result, the oil gradually separates from the material and is forced out. The extracted oil then flows through the oil outlet gaps in the pressing ring, collecting into an oil tray before draining onto the oil collection area, while the remaining oil cake is discharged from the machine’s frame.
Before oil extraction via pressing, the oil-bearing materials typically require preprocessing steps such as cleaning, shelling, crushing, flaking, and steaming-roasting.
This machine features a compact design, occupies minimal space, and is easy to operate.

1. Soybeans
Soybeans → Cleaning → Crushing (or rough rolling) → Softening → Rolling into billets → Heating → Pressing → Crude oil → Filtration → Refining → Finished oil
2. Peanut kernels
Peanut kernels → Cleaning → Breaking (or flaking) → Kneading → Steaming and roasting → Pressing → Crude oil → Filtration → Refining → Finished oil
3. Cotton seeds
Cotton seeds → ginning → cleaning → shelling → separation → kernels → softening → rolling into blanks → steaming and roasting → pressing → crude oil → filtration → refining → final edible oil
4. Rapeseed, sesame
Raw materials → Cleaning → Softening → Billet Rolling → Steaming & Roasting → Pressing → Crude Oil → Filtration → Refining → Finished Oil
5. Rice Bran
