Product Overview
The Model 204 Pre-Press Machine is a continuous screw-type oil press designed for the pre-press-extraction process in vegetable oil plants, capable of handling high-oil-content materials such as peanut kernels, cottonseed kernels, rapeseed, safflower seeds, castor beans, and sunflower kernels.
Product Features
1. Handles a larger processing volume. As a result, workshop space, power consumption, operations, management, and maintenance tasks are all reduced accordingly.
2. The pressed cake has a loose yet intact structure, which facilitates solvent penetration.
3. The oil content and moisture level of the pressed cake are suitable for solvent extraction.
4. The quality of the oil extracted is superior to that obtained from either single-pressing or single-extraction methods.
5. This equipment can be retrofitted based on the Model 202 pre-press machine, significantly reducing investment costs.
