Product Overview
The TQSX suction-type gravity stone remover is primarily used in grain processing, effectively separating shoulder stones and heavier impurities from wheat, paddy rice, soybeans, peanuts, rapeseed, and rice.
Main uses
● Higher stone removal efficiency—thanks to the fish-scale plate structure of the stone-removal sieve, which is ideal for processing grains with a higher initial stone content.
● Easy to operate, with a compact design.
● For different materials, the inclination angle of the stone-removal screen plate can be adjusted between 10 and 14 degrees to achieve optimal process performance.
● Equipped with an external fan and featuring a fully sealed design, the unit prevents dust from escaping, ensuring ideal environmental compliance. Its reciprocating oscillating mechanism incorporates rubber bearings at the pivot points, minimizing vibration and keeping noise levels low.
● The transmission uses self-aligning bearings along with an anti-loosening device, enhancing the stability of the mechanical performance.
