Hydraulic embryo rolling machine
It is a newly developed product that adopts a fully hydraulic system and is mainly used as the primary equipment for pre-treatment of oilseeds before oil extraction or leaching.
The main structure of this machine consists of automatic feeding, the upper sleeve of the blank rolling roller, transmission, iron cleaning and electrical and hydraulic control systems, etc.
This machine is equipped with a hydraulic self-unloading device for the rolls and self-grinding devices for the rolls and bearings. The rolls can be self-ground and repaired without disassembly. When the feeding is insufficient or the feeding is suspended, it can automatically alarm and pull apart the two rolls.
This machine features low noise, smooth operation, high output and stable performance.
Double-roller rolling mill
It is a specialized equipment in oil preparation plants for rolling the husked oilseed kernels into blanks. Its feature is that it combines the pre-rolling and crushing of oilseed kernels with the rolling of blanks. When the upper toothed roller is replaced with a single roller, the oilseed can be used for two consecutive rolling of blanks, thereby increasing the oil yield during residue oil extraction and leaching. Among them, 50×80 is chain drive, and 40×80 is belt drive.
Spring Coiling Machine
It is a new type of embryo rolling machine. It has many advantages of hydraulic embryo rolling machines and is easier to operate. Mainly because it rolls oil-bearing materials into embryo sheets before oil extraction or leaching, it is a major piece of equipment in oil mills.
This equipment is mainly composed of systems such as freely controlled feeding, magnetic separation rolls, transmission, electrical appliances and springs.
Due to the presence of a roller grinding device, a roller unloading system and bearing disassembly and assembly tools, the maintenance and upkeep of this equipment are very convenient.
