Product Applications
The YX series screw conveyor is primarily used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical processing, food, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, and beverages, handling highly adhesive, paste-like, and viscous materials (e.g., chemical raw materials, waste pulp, malt, sludge, etc.) as well as materials prone to wrapping (such as municipal solid waste).
The LSW series shaftless screw conveyor operates on essentially the same conveying principle as conventional screw conveyors. The shaftless screw features thicker, belt-like flight blades (without a central shaft tube), and the screw makes direct contact with the lining plates at the bottom of the conveyor housing, relying on rotational drive to move the material forward.
