TQLE Series
Product Overview
The TQLE series vibrating screen uses radial and throwing vibrations of the screening body to separate and clean materials, primarily designed for the initial cleaning and processing of various grains and oilseeds. It is also suitable for preliminary cleaning and processing of raw materials in industries such as warehousing, food, feed production, and chemical manufacturing.
Depending on the type of material to be cleaned and the specific cleaning requirements, different-sized screening plates can be selected.
The equipment primarily consists of the following components: a feeding system, a screening unit, a frame, a drive system, a discharge mechanism, and an optional vertical air duct. After entering through the feeding system, the material is evenly distributed into the screening unit, which features two layers of mesh screens. Coarse particles pass through the holes in the upper screen layer and fall onto the lower screen layer, while larger impurities are discharged via the screen-overflow outlet. Meanwhile, fine particles and minor contaminants pass through the lower screen layer and exit from a separate discharge point. Finally, the material remaining on the lower screen is collected at the tail end of the unit. As the material moves through the vertical air duct, any remaining impurities and dust are further removed.
