Walnut Processing Plan

Walnuts (with shells) are fed into a permanent-magnet drum to remove iron impurities, then pass through a cleaning screen that eliminates straw, large debris, and dust. They are subsequently packed into woven bags before being sent to a crusher for grinding. The resulting crushed particles are directly pressed in an oil-extraction machine, and the resulting oil cake is conveyed via equipment to a storage bin. Meanwhile, the separated oil and residue are processed further: the oil-residue mixture flows into a settling tank equipped with an oil-residue separator, where the residue is skimmed off and returned to the oil press for re-extraction. The clarified oil overflows into a crude oil tank, from which it’s pumped through a filter for purification. Finally, the filtered crude oil is transferred to the refining workshop for further processing and refinement.
